Happy New Rear 100 Glute Challenge: For our January fitness challenge, the focus is back on our glutes. We'll be doing 100 reps of a different glute exercise every day for 30 days. The entry fee is only $10, and everyone who successfully completes the daily exercises and check-ins is eligible to win a cash prize (free entries from Camp Fit Nic enrollment are ineligible to win; however, paid entries are eligible).
28-Day Total Body Clean Up: Each week for four weeks, we'll focus on cleaning up a specific aspect of our diets. A truly balanced diet allows for moderation in all areas, but sometimes, we need focus and discipline for a time to get us on track. January's classes will be Monday through Friday at 6:30 p.m., and Saturdays at 9:00 in the morning. Our MWF classes will be boot camp classes (including STRONG Nation and Beat Camp), and the TuTh and Saturday classes will be FREE classes at the Piedmont Public Library. These classes will include Zumba, MixxedFit dance fitness, Fight Club choreographed cardio kickboxing, and Dance Sculpt toning classes.
