
A BIT ABOUT ME
I am an ACE-certified personal trainer and weight management specialist; AAFA-certified group fitness instructor; NASM-certified Nutrition Coach and Stretching and Flexibility Coach; licensed WERQ instructor; licensed Zumba®, Zumba Gold®, Zumba Kids/Kids Jr.®, and Aqua Zumba® instructor; licensed CIRCL Mobility® instructor; licensed WARRIOR Rhythm, WARRIOR Strength, and WARRIOR Combat instructor; and group fitness instructor, and I'm completing my RYT-200 yoga teacher training. I'm also a school librarian, a wife, and a mom. When it comes to fitness, you won't find time; you have to make time.

MUSCLE BUILDING
Strength training is the foundation behind any successful workout program. By building lean muscle, we reshape our bodies and obtain the functional fitness that helps us in daily activities. Those shapely, strong muscles we build burn more calories throughout the day, allowing your fitness to reach its maximum potential. Strength training is the cornerstone of the FitNic's personal training and small group training programs, whether online or face-to-face.
GROUP FITNESS
Nicci leads group exercise classes at various locations in Piedmont, Oklahoma. Through the Piedmont Health Literacy program, she teaches free group fitness classes at the Piedmont Public Library and the Piedmont Civic Center. She teaches Aqua Zumba at private residential pools in the community during the summer and mulitple formats at Life Gym. During the spring and fall, she takes her workouts outside, typically at the Piedmont Community Park, Prairie Wind (Girl Scout) Park, or the Piedmont Public Library.
