The purpose of this challenge is to challenge you to ditch some unhealthy nutrition habits to kickstart a healthier lifestyle and to keep you on track for fitness results!

This program will be chock full of nutrition info, recipes, tips and tricks to get you set up with everything you need to ditch your unhealthy nutrition habits in only 28 days! We'll focus on one habit at a time to build on small habits that will make a huge difference.

As a participant in the Total Body Clean Up challenge, you'll receive weekly challenges, daily tips and motivation, a private support and accountability group, habit trackers, and so much more. Plus, you'll have a chance to win a prize for completing the challenge.
