This members-only content provides a 3-day split of pull, push, and power workouts. You'll receive a workout tracker to record your workouts and progression as well as a summary video of each workout to help you understand the exercises in each workout. Weighty Matters (currently unavailable)

Weighty Matters is a 4-week weight management course. The current session is provided as a free part of the Piedmont Public Library's health literacy program. This program is made possible by federal funds from the Institute of Museum and Library Services administered by the Oklahoma Department of Libraries.

Short-term challenges help you stay focused on a specific goal for a specific duration of time. These challenges can help you refocus or reset your fitness journey.
