Receive a customized workout plan and ongoing support as you work through your program to accomplish your goals.

Group Fitness

Group fitness classes are offered through Mugwamps Fitness in Piedmont, Oklahoma. Nicci teaches a variety of class styles, including Dance Fitness, Fight Club (dance-style kickboxing), Body Sculpt, Circuit, Combo, HIIT, Boot Camp, and more.
