Women's Fitness Dance Party: Playlist


We had the absolute best time at the women's fitness dance party Saturday night to celebrate a successful Piedmont Health Literacy Program with the Piedmont Public Library. We laughed, we talked, we ate, we hula-hooped, and we danced until we couldn't dance no mo'. Even though it was a come-and-go event, everyone who came stayed the entire time! Everyone went home with a door prize, including free class passes, weighted hula hoops, and great books: Atomic Habits by James Clear, Chasing Cupcakes by Elizabeth Benton, Better than Before by Gretchen Rubin, and Hold On, But Don't Hold Still by Kristina Kuzmic. The unanimous decision was that we should definitely do it again!!


I promised the attendees I'd share my Spotify playlist, so here you go! This playlist is missing the Zumba songs we danced to and fan-favorite Dripeesha by Todrick Hall (the video is hilarious but NSFW, so be forewarned if your boss or your kids are around).
