We are about halfway through our July session of weight management coaching, and our group members are already down several pounds and inches. More importantly, they are changing their relationships with food and learning that excessive restriction is not the way to lasting change. Instead, they are becoming empowered to make better choices and to take ownership of their decisions. They are learning to determine which foods are worth the calorie trade off and which ones aren't. The all-or-nothing mentality with which most of them came to me is starting to give way to the realization that small change consistently is more important than drastic, unsustainable change. If you want to change your relationship with food to help end the binge/restrict cycle, we'd love to have you join us for our August weight management coaching group. Just as before, we'll offer three levels of participation:
Level One, $25: The most basic plan, Level One is for those who don't necessarily need a fitness or nutrition plan, but they like the benefit of being supported and encouraged by a fitness and weight management professional and a tribe of others on a similar journey. In Level One, you'll have access to the private coaching group (available on thefitnic.com or through the Spaces by Wix app in the Apple App Store and Google Play Store). This group includes general workout plans and nutrition plans, health and fitness tips, and mini-challenges. Get access to all the materials avaiable to the members in higher-level plans without the detailed, one-on-one coaching.
Level Two, $40: This intermediate plan includes everything in Level One, but also includes more customized workout plans and one-on-one consulting. With this plan, you'll have virtually unlimited text and messaging support from me and weekly check-ins for accountability. The Level Two plan is most similar to the way the group has run in the past, but without the requirement to track food and share your food logs with me.
Level Three, $50: This plan is for those who want the ultimate experience. If you're ready to buckle down and make a change, and you want to do it with the help and support of a team of highly qualified nutritionists, Level Three is for you. You'll get all the benefits of Level One and Level Two PLUS personalized macronutrient targets which evolve with your results for the most precise targets to help you reach your goal, the Avatar Nutrition tracking and data analysis app, live chat and email access to Avatar coaching, and detailed guidance and support from me in managing your macros and the behavior changes necessary to meet your goals and develop healthy habits for life. This flexible dieting plan teaches you how to incorporate the foods you love into a healthy lifestyle and can help break the cycle of restrict/binge that leads to frustration and significant weight fluctuations. Flexible dieting can change your relationship with food.
Keep in mind, this is a weight management coaching group, which means that whether you're looking to lose fat, maintain your current weight, or gain lean mass, you can find success with this group, particularly if you opt for Level 3 and macro coaching.
