HOT for Summer Challenge

This 12-week fitness challenge is designed to keep you motivated, determined, and accountable in your fitness journey. Camp FitNic's Hot for Summer Challenge includes:

🏆12 weeks of in-person workouts, 5x/week (6:30 p.m. MW - Strength, F - Cardio & Core; 4:15 p.m. TuTh - alternating Zumba, WERQ, Fight Club cardio kickboxing, and Dance Sculpt aerobic toning)

🏆Optional free cardio workouts (Zumba, WERQ, Fight Club, Dance Sculpt) at the Piedmont Public Library (6:30 p.m. TuTh, 9:00 a.m. Sa)

🏆 *Alternate at-home workouts if class is cancelled for instructor illness.

🏆 Weekly challenges

🏆 Private online group

🏆 Pre-challenge and post-challenge measurements and fitness assessment

🏆 General weight management guidance and support

🏆Optional add-on macro coaching using Avatar Nutrition ($50/month--limited spots available to ensure close, personalized coaching and support)

🏆 CASH and PRIZES for biggest measurement change, best attendance, and most supportive (value of cash prizes determined by the number of participants)
