Get Pumped™ is a dumbbell workout that uses low weights and high reps to sculpt and tone your muscles. Each workout is synced to the beat of the music for a class that feels like dancing with dumbbells. Bring your own weights to this class. Recommended maximum of 5 lb.
Dance- and Barre-Inspired Toning
Barresque™ takes movements inspired by barre and dance fitness and incorporates them into a toning workout that is lower on cardio and higher on sculpting. Each song focuses on a different part of the body as we rotate through work on our arms, legs, and core.
STRONG by Zumba® is now STRONG Nation™
STRONG Nation™ combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move. Every squat, every lunge, every burpee is driven by the music, helping you make it to that last rep, and maybe even five more.
Choreographed Cardio Kickboxing
One of our most popular workouts, Fight Club™ takes cardio kickboxing moves and syncs them to popular music for a high energy workout that finds the middle ground between kickboxing and dance. Dance fitness fans love it because you move to the beat; those who don't love dance love this class because of it's effective kickboxing moves without boring reps.
Everything but the Barbell
Ebb™ ("Everything but the barbell") is a mash-up class that is a sampler of several of the workout styles The Fit Nic provides. During a typical Ebb™ playlist you will hear 2-3 songs from each class style for an hour-long workout that keeps you energized by its variety.
Musical Boot Camp Challenge
Beat Camp™ is one of the toughest classes you'll love. This class is comprised of "challenge songs" that will each test your limits in whatever area we're working. When your legs are crying out from a squat challenge, the song ends, and we'll move to a cardio challenge, or a pushup challenge, or other boot camp inspired movement. This class is a good one to watch how much you improve!
