Dance Sculpt™ is a dumbbell workout that uses low weights and high reps to sculpt and tone your muscles. Each workout is synced to the beat of the music for a class that feels like dancing with dumbbells. Bring your own weights to this class. Recommended maximum of 5 lb.

Hip Hop and Pop Dance Fitness

WERQ is the wildly addictive cardio dance workout based on trending pop and hip hop music. Our mission is to create a judgement-free dance space built on good vibes, a great sweat, and a supportive community. 


Beat Camp™

Musical Boot Camp Challenge 

Beat Camp™ is one of the toughest classes you'll love. This class is comprised of "challenge songs" that will each test your limits in whatever area we're working. When your legs are crying out from a squat challenge, the song ends, and we'll move to a cardio challenge, or a pushup challenge, or other boot camp inspired movement. This class is a good one to watch how much you improve!



Dance- and Barre-Inspired Toning

Barresque™ takes movements inspired by barre and dance fitness and incorporates them into a toning workout that is lower on cardio and higher on sculpting. Each song focuses on a different part of the body as we rotate through work on our arms, legs, and core.

Cardio + Lifting

WARRIOR Strength is a 60-minute class with two 30-minute sections. 
Cardio Countdown follows a consistent formula that makes ​30 minutes ​fly. This class is all about maximal caloric expenditure in a short amount of time with an emphasis on cardiovascular conditioning.
Get Pumped​ ​In 30 short minutes, this strength-based class will tighten, tone, lengthen, and sculpt your muscles!

Sculpted Strength™

Body Sculpting and Muscle Building

Sculpted Strength™ is built on the knowledge that strength training not only improves functional fitness, but also improves metabolism, strengthens bones. reshapes physique, and fosters a sense of empowerment and independence. We'll use dumbbells, kettle bells, bodyweight, and bands for resistance training that strengthens and sculpts lean muscle.



Dance Fitness with Latin and World Rhythms

Inspired by Zumba®, Fuego Dance Fitness mixes low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. It is a total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class. Nicci is formerly licensed  for Zumba®, Zumba Gold/Gold Chair®, Zumba Kids/Kids Jr.®, and Aqua Zumba®.



Everything but the Barbell 

Ebb™ ("Everything but the barbell") is a mash-up class that is a sampler of several of the workout styles The Fit Nic provides. During a typical Ebb™ playlist you will hear 2-3 songs from each class style for an hour-long workout that keeps you energized by its variety.



Aquatic Dance Fitness

Formerly Aqua Zumba®, this low-impact, high-energy aquatic dance fitness class uses the properties of water to help improve your balance, work your core, and strengthen and tone your muscles while being easy on your joints and keeping your heart rate low. This seasonal class feels like a pool party!
