

Camp Fit Nic
This 8-week fitness boot camp is designed to keep you motivated, determined, and accountable in your fitness journey. Camp FitNic includes:
๐8 weeks of outdoor, in-person* bootcamp workouts, 3x/week (alternating total body, upper body, lower body, and core)
๐At-home workouts to complete on days without in-person workouts
๐ *Alternate at-home total body, upper body, lower body, and core workouts for days when you are unable to attend in-person class, or if class is cancelled for inclement weather or instructor illness.
๐ Weekly challenges

๐Fitness assessment at the first class, at 4-weeks, and at the last class
๐ Measurents at the first class, at 4-weeks, and at the last class (optional progress photos)
๐Suggested calorie target, flexible meal plan with recipes, fixed daily meal plan with recipes
