Camp Fit Nic

This 8-week fitness boot camp is designed to keep you motivated, determined, and accountable in your fitness journey. Camp FitNic includes:

๐Ÿ†8 weeks of outdoor, in-person* bootcamp workouts, 3x/week (alternating total body, upper body, lower body, and core)

๐Ÿ†At-home workouts to complete on days without in-person workouts

๐Ÿ† *Alternate at-home total body, upper body, lower body, and core workouts for days when you are unable to attend in-person class, or if class is cancelled for inclement weather or instructor illness.

๐Ÿ† Weekly challenges

๐Ÿ† Private online group

๐Ÿ†Fitness assessment at the first class, at 4-weeks, and at the last class

๐Ÿ† Measurents at the first class, at 4-weeks, and at the last class (optional progress photos)

๐Ÿ†Suggested calorie target, flexible meal plan with recipes, fixed daily meal plan with recipes
