

Camp Fit Nic
This 8-week fitness boot camp is designed to keep you motivated, determined, and accountable in your fitness journey. Camp FitNic includes:
🏆8 weeks of outdoor, in-person* bootcamp workouts, 3x/week (alternating total body, upper body, lower body, and core)
🏆At-home workouts to complete on days without in-person workouts
🏆 *Alternate at-home total body, upper body, lower body, and core workouts for days when you are unable to attend in-person class, or if class is cancelled for inclement weather or instructor illness.
🏆 Weekly challenges
🏆 Private online group
🏆Fitness assessment at the first class, at 4-weeks, and at the last class
🏆 Measurents at the first class, at 4-weeks, and at the last class (optional progress photos)
🏆Suggested calorie target, flexible meal plan with recipes, fixed daily meal plan with recipes
