21-Day Intro to HIIT


The 21-Day Intro to HIIT challenge gives you daily workouts that are short on time but high in intensity. Each day, you'll complete a 4-8 minute workout that gives you the benefits of High Intensity Interval Training. Use this challenge to get daily motivation to move, as a pre-cursor to the 10-Minute HIIT program, to supplement your current workout program, or any way you choose. We start on August 1, 2022. Once you pay the challenge entry fee, use the link in your "tasks" to join the private Facebook Challenge group, where your daily HIIT workouts will be posted.
